Summary
Well as the heat wave hangs on, a group of Slammers got an early start to avoid the worst of the heat. For anyone who played the Marshes earlier in the year, we can report that the course is in quite good condition now. In fact, see comment re greens. Welcome to new Slammers, Bdub and NumberTwoSon and thanks to F6Noob for the recruitment job!

How can you NOT give first star to a guy who scores an ace?!! That's right, Flyer aced number 8 at Marshes. It landed about 15 feet above hole and sucked right back into for the ace. Besides that he went unbeaten and scored well below his average. He also had two skins. |
