Summary
What a day! Where do I start. First thank you to Arnprior for being open this late in the year. We had a shotgun start today. The forecast was for a high of 4 and rain. Well we never got over zero and the rain came down all day as snow. The last four holes the snow started to really accumulate. By the last hole there was a good 2 to 3 inches all over the course. It was even hard to find your ball in the middle of the fairway. A lot of Slammers were changing to colored golf balls. Everyone meet at the 19th hole with a lot of first snow golf stories. All I can say is it was interesting to be a part of this Slammer event and I hope that the snow melts so we can get some more golf in.
