A big welcome to the newest member of the Slammer family NewCracker. Starts on hole #1 versus Malone, T-Bone and UpnDown.
Today�s Culligan Doggie Master is Duke and his assistant is T-Bone. They both measured all of the doggies and compared notes, so look to the right and see who won.
Pearls upsets Bainsey to regain the top �D� ranking once again.
One of the records is broken. After 58 straight wins on the Tour, dating back to July 3, 2013, McGoop didn�t beat one of his opponents today. Check out the second star.
Grumpy plays his 441st career event to move into 5th place all time - pasing Bookie today.
We are currently checking the record books. Today�s event had twelve Slammers with a dnf. In fact, two complete groups called it a day at the turn.
Only one group of four played all 18 holes. Maybe that doesn�t count, seeing as two of them were in a cart that was covered in plastic.
Not many quotables today. Too much water, and those that stayed out, just tried to keep their scorecard dry. I wonder - why the ones in the clubhouse didn't have anything to add.

Summary
It is day four. We huddle around waiting for the bus and plenty of conversations are going on. Subject matter � WEATHER! Some of the social golfers are thinking of not going out. Some of the reports say that the bad weather will stop before we tee off. Reported temperatures are around 7 degrees. One report says the high for the day will be at 9 am and will drop from there. Well, all 48 embarked to Oyster Bay. We had some time to kill and owe a great big thank you to Stephanie and Rose at the 19th hole. They were not very busy as we were the only people at the golf course. They explained to everybody how to redeem their lunch coupons. Some pictures circulated of an alligator eating an alligator, to many oohs and ahhhs. The gator in the jaws was not our own Preston Cup winner from last year This course is where I first saw an alligator. None were out today! Forty six of the forty eight golfers teed off on their first hole. Twenty-six of those were Slammers and only 14 finished.

	T-Bone
	T-Bone started the day off in a rough way. News was spreading fast that he lost yesterday to a �D� classer. Too bad for his opponents. He upset UpnDown to move up to the 15th spot, and then upset Malone. This was his first victory over Malone after two straight losses. His day? 3-0, one dog, one bird, two skins, and he will wake up tomorrow as #12.
	Cuba
	Cuba has done it! The first person to put a blemish on #1�s stats. He did it with a bogie on their 18th hole (#9) today to earn the draw. He had two birdies today � one good for a skin. His undefeated day gives him an 11-0-1 record after four events. He was seen sleeping before the event because he was not feeling well. We have sent his urine sample off to be tested.
	Swanny
	The Slammer previously known as Swanny (we have awakened three straight days to a new name on the site) was also seen plying Advil pre-event. Now his record on the season is 7-5. Today his three victories included no upsets but both his birdies were good for skins. He wasn�t distracted on the 16th tee box when he was asked to pose for a family portrait. Why did one of the swans hiss at you?
