NOTABLE: The Slammers are a community and today one of our own, Compressor, had to bail because his little 5 month old daughter was in emergency surgery at CHEO. I was in contact with him on Wednesday and his little angel was home but needs a follow up surgery later this month. Compressor, our thoughts are with you and your family. Best wishes for a speedy recovery for your little girl
MILESTONE ALERT: Gator records his 200th win today with the upset over FingZ...and the next time he plays it will be his 200th event on Tour !
CULLIGAN DOGGIES: Five doggie holes with one each to ShortStack (#4, 18ft), Gator (#8, 9ft), IronMaiden (#11, 7ft), Flyer (#13, 9ft) and SteelCrazy (#15, 18 inches !) @ 19 bones each
DYNAMIC PHYSIO SKINS: More than one third of the holes netted a skin today and the Slammers did a good job sharing this pot as well with two for SteelCrazy and one each to Brewcee, Gator, IronMaiden, FingZ and BogeyMan. All skins were taken with birdies and were 12 bones a piece
NOTABLE: Three TRIFECTAS today
Thank you to our Masters - Swanny the "Culligan Man" himself handled the doggie duties and Gru was a master skins masterer. Much appreciated gentlemen!

Summary
Today is the last day of September and tomorrow will be ... do I have to say it ? October. It is very obvious that Fall was present on the course today with the trees well into their colorful changes and even though the weather was in the low twenties you could still feel the chill in the air. The start times for events are two hours earlier than they were mid summer on a Tuesday and there are less than twelve Slamming hours in a day now !! As sad as all this sounds there is one thing that sends excitement through any veteran Slammers spine....Fall is when we have the BEST Slamming of the year !! The Thanksgiving long weekend, Smuggs Weekend Get-Away and then the pinnacle of our Slamming season, the Run for # 1 in November!

Stars
	Brewcee
	Brewcee is a solid Slammer and today earns first star honours moving 50+ spots up the Slammer ranks with the upset win over GoTee and defending against Supersy and Tesla. Eleven pars and two birdies made for a steady round and the bird he recorded on the 7th hole par four held up for the skin. Congrats !
	IronMaiden
	It is always hard to call oneself a star as Onsite Coordinator and doing the write up can be even more difficult so I will just stick with the stats and the facts. IronMaiden goes 3-0 defending against Gru and Gator and with the upset win over FingZ moves into the top 20 of the Slammer ranks. Six points, two birdies, a doggie and a skin will be added to her 2014 totals.
	Steel Crazy (r)
	SteelCrazy had a great day at Predator today even though he came up a little short on his matches....but the notable for Group 3 today is that the matches were super close and Sunny, Flyer and SteelCrazy were all square going into the 18th. SteelCrazy does make his mark as third star by recording two birdies of which both held up for the skin and a super tight doggie on the last par three of the day sticking it just short of the pin. Eighteen more inches of roll and a little more encouragement from Sunny (who was already yelling "Get in the hole" at the top of his lungs) and we would have had another Hole in One pot winner. Well done!
