Summary
Day three in Jay Peak already and I can safely say that the Slammers would stay another day, or two or more. A much earlier start to our day with a 10am tee time for all and for the first time this fall season....there was a frost delay. A slight twenty minute delay but still a reminder that the season is winding down. This Sunday final round was supposed to be the coolest of the three days but we were treated to the warmest day yet. A few layers were shed and it felt like summer just might return for a bit there. Last night we had a group dinner and The "Guy in the Kilt" Campbell's did a super impressive job with the prizing and presentations for all the on course contests...along with our very own Shortstack who led the show. This first trip to Jay Peak was a success and I'm quite sure this will not be the last time we Slam in Vermont. Great weekend everyone! IronMaiden

Dr Pepper was an obvious choice for first stardom today as she defends against Ripzone and Lucky and records the upset win against Rulz to take his top 20 spot in the Slammer ranks. She was mentioned in the doggie report taking two puppies home and also in the skins report as one of her two birdies held for the skin on the second hole. Dr Pepper had the trifecta on that par three with the bird, skin and doggie and that hole also netted her the closest to the pin prize for the ClubEG CTP contest. |

This new Slammer lost his ride home today...as he records the wins for the second day in a row against all his buddies Lars, BabyKong and PortugeseChicken. He now has a 100% win record and added another 6 points to his Slammer stats. Hopefully we'll be seeing this rookie out with the Slammers back on home turf once we return home. |

Smitty made his way into the star mentions all three days and goes undefeated all weekend with five wins and two ties and finishes off in the top 10 of the Slammer ranks. Today he added stats across the board with two birds, a dog and a skin to finish off a great weekend in Jay Peak. |
