Summary
An early morning Canada Day event for the Slammers that had other plans for the afternoon and we were done just as the event at Canadian was shotgunning it to start their Canada Day event in the West end. Better yet, the rain held off and started as we were wrapping up the day on the 19th! Hope our Slammer friends at Canadian stay dry. Great crowd of Slammers with lots of red and white...and Princesshooligan were a last minute sign up to complete the three foursomes at Pineview today. Hope everyone had a great 149th Canada Day, next year is the big one ! IronMaiden

A great day for this rookie who is trying to qualify for Team Central...this OC stopped by EG Central on the way to the course and Rulz was talking about The Hernster making it onto the team...Well he did, so far, and now sits ranked #5 in qualifying with two days to go. The Hernster was in upset mode as he takes down Lucky for his top 30 rank then FrenchHooligan and Pipeline to complete the six point sweep. Two birds and one holds up for the skin ... this makes for a great day all around. Congrats ! |

Pouf is an East end guy but through grandfathering is continuing to play for Team South....he was on the 2014 winning team and is looking to play again this year to bring the cup back to the South. Pouf goes 3-0 for 6pts defending against YoungGun, SmallPak and Princess, records one bird and sticks a dog on the first par three of the day. Well done !! |
