 Notables - TC "C" Match - Congrats to Gator with the win over Pistol Pete, 2 Up.
- Oodles of thanks to KidsClub for presenting the Real Fans skins summary and to Pipeline for his discharge of the Quick Snap Doggie communique.
- As seems to happen frequently, we had a four skin event. Congrats to birdie skin winners Crenshaw (#2) and Grasshopper (#15) and par skin winners Goofball (#10) and to Pipeline (#17)
- Three out five Doggies awarded, #2 for Crenshaw at 3 ft, #4 to KidsClub at 30 ft and on #15 Goofball at 30 inches.
- The OC is much obliged to KC with the help he provided in sorting out some technical difficulties and for his insight in the Star selection.

Summary
The heavy downpour of Sunday lead to some hard trekking and much moving of the ball to get relief from casual water. However the fairways and rough were well trimmed and the greens were certainly holding well. This event is an excellent value and it is not an easy track. Long par threes and fours contribute to the challenges presented at Champlain. Not to mention Bernie's (almost halfway) BBQ on #11 tee box. Great dogs man! Per ardua ad astra.

Playing in a relatively tough group, he takes down a B and a C player, shooting his lowest score since 2011 and moving 100 places up the ladder. This was Charlie's best slammer round in 6 years and is the first time he has gone undefeated in the same time frame. Nicely done our ST cohort. |
