  • The day started off a little cool, even Grumpy was wearing pants, then the fog lifted, the sun came out and many layers of clothing were shed everywhere.

  • Today’s two Culligan doggy masters were once again Bearcat & T-Bone. Thank you guys – the notes came in clear and there was NO close call on any hole all week.
  • As for the Dynamic Physio and Chiro game. There were many calls and what I really like is that twice this week, I had a bird NOT be a skin, but BOTH times I cut off someone named McGoop. Please hold back your sobbing.
  • I was certain that hole sixteen would give us the rare opportunity to see an EAGLE cut off. However – nobody had one … I guess that is why only some of these guys are good. Grumpy was one the six with a birdie. His was his 50th career birdie, moving him into a tie {with Bugsy} for 56th place.
  • Another MILESTONE - BearCat became the 33rd to reach 150 career events.
  • although NOT milestones - here are some noteworthy jumps in the various categories that happened down here in Myrtle. Today, Sunny beats Iron Maiden 3 and 1, for his 288th victory, moving him past Steamer into 21st place.
  • T-Bone and chill kept leapfrogging many Slammers all week. By the end, he has become #50 in events with 92 and will get his shirt for his 100th soon. chill, is just behind with 87. In the wins category it is chill and Gator that jumped many, and are currently tied with their 143rd wins. Who will get to the 150 mark first? Them or BearCat {at 145}.
  • So after our main event, many go out to play an additional 18. This JUST in Gru gets an Ace – but NO – it is not during a Slammer event and the pot increases – are you in? He Aced #3 Parkland. His scorecard shows a 7-1-8 for the first three holes.

Summary
Our last day here! It was reported that six people could not be awakened, not with alarm clock, not with roommate shaking them, so the bus left three minutes late, over to the course. However, three of them showed up. So one of them is the Slammer formerly known as Swanny. He showed up and even though he was down five holes, he didn’t go down 0-3. Shortstack? He can’t say the same.

Birdman
Birdman’s 3-0 today included a win over newcomer Switch. He also upset 49th ranked JMoney in their inaugural event. That jumped him 20 steps up the ladder. Was he greedy? Yes! 69 to 49 was not enough, so then he upset Swanny to jump into 20th. Heads up Birdman, 3-0 in all of your first events with these guys. They will be back! By the way, nice birdies on holes 2 and 7.
Sunny
Sunny had a 3-0 day today. His birdie on #14 was good enough for a skin. His win over RipZone was very easy. Iron Maiden proved a little more difficult, but he bettered his career against her to 3-0. THE MATCH? After two straight losses, and only two wins in their previous 12 matches, Sunny beat Cuba to gain back his rank.
Gru
Gru went 3-0 today for the third straight day. Today’s opponents, Gator, BearCat and Bainsey didn’t serve up too much competition. Also today he had two birdies and one of them was good for a skin.
