Summary
It started off overcast and cold but warmed up once the sun came out. The Slammers played a hybrid course today composed of 3 holes from the South 9, 6 holes from the Central 9 and the entire North 9. The proshop had scorecards modified to include only those holes. It turned out to be an enjoyable Match Play golf day when the sun came out. The greens were in relative good condition for this time of year and the fairways were enjoyable with lift, clean and place in effect on your own fairways. The kids loved the Slammers' putting as 35.50 bones were donated all from 3 putts. Nice to be on the golf course and nice to enjoy the 19th hole. Hopefully, we have seen the last of the cold weather. Come on warm Spring and Summer Slammin'.

GoTee, the first star, is playing so well as he successfully defends against ToothFairy, Spud and DaGoaler. He has a birdie, 2 doggies and 1 skin to take home a nice chunk of change. The Chinese Zodiac says it is the year of the Goat so this is a prediction that GoTee (Goat for short) that he is going to have a great record setting year on the Slammer Tour. Congrats! |

Eeyore earns 2nd star honours as he takes down IronMaiden (on the 18th), Shorts ( 5 and 3) and Bookie (6 and 5). He is striking the ball sweet. He not only wins all of his matches but he takes home a puppy. Nice Match play!! |
