Summary
I was told yesterday was day one of the season for the Humid-X. As SRR and I were leaving the Creek we did see eight raindrops. We NEED more for our lawns and our golf courses. Today our hosts at Mountain Creek were ready for us. There were all kinds of specials listed. There was the Slammer (picture available) beer special, and once we got inside they had a Slammer lunch special. Great to see Birdman. The Game and Wilford out for their first events of the year with Grumpy. As I was leaving the course - I also got to say Happy New Year to chill, Pozzo & Meeka-Golf. Today Mountain creek reversed their nines and we started on the back!

Two days ago he was second star. NOT good enough for Green Arrow. He comes out today with a perfect record vs this group, albeit with only one match. Three wins later and he is still undefeated with a 4-0 record lifetime against them. H ebeat The Game first 4and2. His other two matches were won on 18 when he took down KidsClub and Pepilepu (again). |

A three and OH day for Wilford, who has had a moustache for 45 years, except for one brief time when he removed it and Pat laughed so hard that it went right back on and has been there ever since. His perfect record today, consisted of an upset over Grumpy to jump 20 steps up the Slammer ladder (can it be considered an upset when his career is 19-0-1?). On that same hole he shook hands with Big Guy. Beat them both 4and2. That second upset (3-0-1) moved him up another 7 rungs. The final victory happened on the 18th green when his bogey was good enough when Bookie missed his 5 foot putt. |
