Playing in his inaugural event, Hammy wins his TC "C" match against the very improved Captain Crunch. Congratulations and good luck in the next round versus Wilford. By the way, here is hoping that you have learned about 'doggy balls'
- Honourable mentions go to our two Brockville members, they combined for a 5-1 record having only one loss vs Malone. Wins {moved into 8th} , those other two want another piece of you, where they know the course. Jack {harry potter?}, you were a most gracious host, even as you beat Billiards to move into 13th. Digger was also an HM going 3-0 and moving up to #29

Summary
Three first timers joined 17 other Slammers at this inaugural event at Brockville Country Club. When everybody gets back and reports about this course to the other Slammers I predict that the August 14th event will be sold out before the lottery gets finished. The team was very hospitable and this OC ranks them right up there as a top course for ensuring that the Slammer Tour is well taken care of.

WOW! Did you see his drive on one? What about his second shot? Malone was sure looking Grumpyish. Then he smartened up for the next 72 shots. The tour's best score of the day {74} was 4 below his average. Only two slammers beat their average today. His four 4 birds were all good for skins and he went 3-0 to maintain his #4. |

Pommie arrived at a pub at 10:00 in the morning to watch his beloved footballers. Alas a bad call cost them a goal, the momentum shifted and angered our Pommie. He was the only other slammer below average today. He went undefeated, as he posted his best ever ST score (94), 9 below his average. His rankings improved as he knocked off that improved Captain Crunch. |

Well it wasn't quite the score, and stardom of yesterday's eQuinelle round, but again Cuba is a star. He only shot his average, which was "all i had to" to upset Rulz and move into #7. This slammer is a round or two away from getting back into the "A" class, when it happens then the top seven ranked will all be "A"s. Hey Bookie, that drive home with all of the arduous insinuations, is over. |
