Summary
If you weren't sold yet on the concept that summer was finally approaching, today's weather was certainly convincing with humidex temps soaring to 40 degrees! While the conditions at Outaouais were still showing the results of all the rains of late, the Slammers were all in great spirit and happy to be out on the course while others were hard at work in the City. The rookies are still continuing to come out in droves and with some seriously impressive play....earning the stars, taking home the bones and racking up the points!

In his second career Slammer event, our first star DJD left no room for doubt that he would be deserving of this title today. DJD records all upset wins starting with the wins against 2 seasoned Slammers, Turtle & Ruskie and then completing the task by taking down Zamboni and moving into the #2 spot in the Slammer ranks. But that's not the end to this story as DJD records 1 bird, good for a skin and tops 'er off with not 1 BUT 2 doggies!!! And he did this while on the job....stepping up and taking care of the skins mastery duties today! Thank you & Congrats! |

Our second star Rexall also has a great start to his Slammer career and this rookie is fresh out of the box! In his very first Slammer event, Rexall goes undefeated and records all upset wins against 4PF, Tones & Tucker moving from unranked to 156 in the Slammer ranks! And there's no foolin' around with this newbie as he let me in on a little secret....he's a rules official! Excellent! |
