Today's event was part of an annual event at Canadian. A shotgun, that the Slammer Tour accepted the challenge of leading. Congratulations for leading the way and getting in as early as an hour before so many of the other golfers.
Honourable Mentions today go out to the big boys. Burnsy caught Malone at the 18th for their second career draw. Burnsy had 5 birds to Malone’s 4. Both had 2 skins. Malone also added 2 dogs to bring home 54 bones.
HMs also go to Digger upsetting RipZone {151st to 12th} and Billiards who upset Grumpy to jump from 120 to 89.
The horn on the hummer threw off Billiards.

Summary
Many of our friends were across town, with the snowbirds in the air, witnessing #1 defend successfully at his home course. We headed west to get AMBUSHED and eat ribs. Our fireworks were very entertaining and although a shotgun event usually drags on, we didn’t. We would have been even faster then the 4.5 hour round had we not of caught some public thrown in ahead of us at the turn. Today we played our 73rd event. We welcomed the 183rd – 188th golfers to slam this season. Mark & Gail, Dale and the rest of the staff were at their best. THANK YOU PAM, and next time Dale, we will have to hand that off more cloak and daggerlike.

	I KNOW, I know, I k n o w, we don’t mention scores. SO I won’t mention that this is the first time since Tue Oct 27, 2009 @ RideauView that Rulz was shooting sub 80. Today’s score was his lowest since Wed Oct 31, 2007. So none of that was worthy for this OC to make his decision, therefore due to the fact that this undefeated slammer today had a skin with his birdies on #5 & #10 to go along with his skinless bird on 18. His upset over RipZone moves him from 45th to 12th. Was there doubling down?
	SunShine
	Sunshine was also 2-0. There are two Sunshines that play on the Tour. The one that hated the greens when they were too fast. Then the one that came to love them and never missed a putt showed up. We all know that we don’t mention scores but when one of the family has their 3rd best Slammer round in her career, WELL I AM MENTIONING the very awesome 97. Congrats on your 3rd career bird and second skin.
	TinMan (r)
	This latest slammer to start his career undefeated was the only 3-0 slammer today. The Tin Man collected a dog on the way with a very impressive 10 footer on #17. This namesake member of the Mamas & the Papas is not THAT John Phillips, and is better known as the character that Jack Haley played in 1939.
