Tan Co Doggies: There were five Doggies today with three going to Pukey J (#2 @ 12', #6 @ 40', and #13 @ 70'...YES SEVENTY FOOT!), and one each to Canny Jack (#4 @ 4') and Stevie Ray (#16 @ 15'). Oh, and Stevie gets a whine callout for whining about his shot that ended up with the doggie....tisk tisk... each doggie worth $7

Evolution Physio Skins: WOW...Nine skins today with two going to T-Bird (birdies on #3 and #10), Irons (birdie on #15 and par on #17), Pukey J (birdie on #1 and #8), Canny Jack (par on #7 and birdie on #9), and one for Supersy (par on #11). Each skin worth $3. The kids are the big winners with $8 going their way.

Summary
What a day. We were looking at the forecast the last few days and were thinking we would be drenched for sure by the time we finished. But, let this be a lesson to all Slammers that the forecast can be wrong. We didn't get one drop of rain during the round and although the air was a little thick, it was a comfortable temperature. The course was in really good shape. The greens were soft and wet but putted fairly consistent and the fairways were nice and green. All in all, I'd say it was a great day had by all.

Our first star today was well deserved and to be honest, it was a pretty easy pick. Pukey J hurled all over his foursome to go an easy 3-0-0 for the full six points, bagged three Doggies, two Skins and finished with two birdies en route to score in the 70's. Well done sir! |

Our second star today went undefeated at 2-0-0, takes home two skins and bags two birdies. With an effort like that, the "T" in T-Bird is clearly for Thunder! Thunder takes home an umbrella for 2nd star which was donated by Pukey J! Well done! |
