  • McGoop touched five gator’s tails. Later at dinner, he touched our own Gator to make it six.
  • On hole #18, one foursome’s music was so loud, it scared three of the gators back into the water.
  • A big thank you to Gru. He volunteered to be the second Doggie Master {we need one in the off group that is not starting on the same nine as the other Slammers). Today's main Master is BearCat, and even though he was getting yelled at when he measured the first Culligan Doggie, he did a great job. Thank you guys - volunteer for the job more often - you are both capable.
  • The Dynamic Physio and Chiro game had many participants, Each skin was worth 13 bones, chill led the way with three.
  • Wasn't the starter - Joe Morgan an awesome guy to give instructions at the opening tee?
  • Maybe because I am a new OC, but today is the first time that I saw a course get an 11 ranking.
  • Group dinner #1 tonight. Steak, fish, or pasta and there were three types of wine - one red, one white, and the third kind was with an 'h' (whine).
  • Is Bainsey the highest ranked "C" golfer on the Tour this season? Second overall to Deter.
  • Juice played in her 167th event, surpassing Lucky and moving into 31st place all time. Gator is not far behind - he played his 134th and passed his curling skip Pepilepu.
  • Look above and notice that our #1 had the first notable - and the last one - EAGLE ALERT - he has the first of the season.

Summary
Good morning! Welcome to day 2 of the annual Myrtle Beach trip. For those of you following back home in the Nation’s Capital area, our condos are on the same property as three of the golf courses. However, today, we move on to Heritage which is off site. We awoke and found that there was a Slammer name change. After his 59th career event, Swanny is a new man. From now on, he will be known as Swonkeee. A lot of communication on Twitter and Facebook with our friends and family back home and what do we hear? "Wah wah wah, the weather is terrible!" but not here, another glorious 20+ degree day for us on the course. Look over there on the right to see what the best aspects of the course are today.

chill
She continued her winning ways and went 3-0 (5-1 thus far this trip). chill’s three victories today don’t include any upsets according to Slammer Tour scoring average. She didn’t climb up the ladder. To go with her 3-0 record today, she had three birdies all good for a skin. She also had a dog (on hole 13). Ever play Heritage? A lot of drives end up in the water. Her drive was 49 inches from the cup. Her prowess netted her 74 bones as the big winner of the day. Her defeat of Swonkeee, formerly known as Swanny, evened their career at 2-2-1.
Sunny
Although Sunny only went 2-1 today, he is clearly the second star. His only loss was against #1. It happened on the 18th hole, where McGoop’s eagle beat his birdie. That was the 2nd time today that Sunny his birdie was cut off. Sunny’s total today was four birdies but only two of them were good for a skin. His upset of Malone (6 and 5), was only the second time in 14 matches, that he had earned a victory.
Figmo
Today Figmo went 3-0 playing three rookies, all in their second event. Two of them, he sent home with a case of toilet paper. The third match is officially an upset and moves Figmo from 26th to 11th. He ended UpnDown with a handshake after the 16th hole (their 4th straight squared hole). He also had a birdie skin to go along with his 3-0 record. If you lend him your ear, he will tell you about being inside a doggie ball as well (cough, cough, cough).
