 Notables - POP: Two Slammers group teed off in the shotgun while only 4 groups in all were in the shotgun!! Slammers finished in 4 hrs 15 minutes. Nice given the conditions!

NOTABLE: McGoop leds the Slammer field in the following races this year: The Canadian Cup (most birdies with 186), The Office Doctor Cup (most eagles with 7), The Dynamic Physio and Chiro Cup (most skins with 104), Ian Campbell's "The Guy in the Kilt Cup (win percentage at 97.2%). And he strengthen his led in all today. Outstanding!!

CULLIGAN DOGGIE REPORT: Only 3 of the 4 puppies taken home today with winners Juice (#2 @ 13ft), JMoney (#10 @ 12) and Juice again (#17 @ 21ft). Each doggie is worth 13 bones. Nicccce!!

DYNAMIC PHYSIO & CHIRO SKINS: It was a 10 skin day. With McGoop having a doggie sweep taking 10 skins home winning 5 with birdies, 4 with pars and 1 with an eagle. Each skin was worth 4 bones. Amazing!!

Summary
It was a variable day today as it went from cold to warm to managable to warm. Eight Slammers took to the field in a range of gear. Two twosomes and a single rider rode luxury carts with enclosed canapies with heaters while 3 singles enjoyed their match play by walking. If you are prepared for the conditions, it makes the November Slammer events all the more enjoyable. Some very notable achievements occurred today as records on the Slammer season and all time lists are falling by the way side this season. And all the Slammers captured the wrap up at the Old Mill pub in Aston. Another very enjoyable event Slammers...Thank you!!

The first star spotlights his golf skills and sportsmanship. McGoop wins all his matches successfully defending against Juice (11th hole), JMoney (13th hole) and ToothFairy (11th hole). But WOW, he records 5 birds, sweeps the skins by winning all 10, and records an eagle. And double WOW, he is on fire as he has 3 chips in and registers only 21 putts. He is always supportive of his fellow Slammers and in a gesture of sportsmanship buys 3 jugs of libations with his skin's bones. Congrats McGoop!! |

Solid as a rock is the best way to describe her match play today. Chill, our second star, successfully defends against KidsClub, TripleM and Potter, taking them all out on hole 12. She retains her #5 rank and is still #2 in the Ladies B. This is a very interesting and competitive run for #1. Excellent! |
