Summary
What a day! 4 Slammers set out behind the Slammer Tour/Canadian Team Challenge.
All was great until...
After 2 holes it was looking like it was going to be a long day.
So a marshall suggested we cross over to play #13 to #18 then continue on #3 later. That is sort of what we did.
We played #13-#15 then the storm hit. We waited in the bathroom/barbeque hut at the end of hole 13.
After 1/2 hour we completed #16 and #17, then back to complete hole #3 through #12, and then on to #18, under beautiful skies. 5 minutes later, the storm returned with great power and forced the remaining Team Challenge participants to return to the club house.
We played a real scramble today.

This Steady Eddie, Stretch Armstrong, Jim Furyk wannabe made few mistakes today. He was bending them down the fairways and into the greens. He took out PizzaMan on hole 17, and Aggy and Cuba on the 18th to defend his #14 rank. He had a birdie earned 2 non skins on the day, and took some beautiful photos. WELL DONE. |
