Summary
It was one of those glorious summer-like days when you want to be outside with buds on the golf course swinging those clubs in the heat. PineView was extremely full as lots of members and pubic golfers came out to soak in those summer, sunny rays and to enjoy golf. And the Slammers were no exception enjoying this beautiful day on the links. Lots of sunscreen, lots of water and lots of laughs as this Slammer event seemed to kick off summer. And we sat of the 19th hole outside on the patio to soak in the summer Slammer feel and to do the wrapup in the warmth of 26 degrees. Thanks to my fellow Slammers for coming out to enjoy summer Slammin' and thanks to PineView for your great service. Your OC, KC.

The 1st star, an A player, goes 2-1-0 today taking out a fellow A, chill, and a B, BigTee, but losing a match on the 18th to another A player, Dr. Pepper. The captain of Team East played extremely well registering 2 birds, and he takes home a doggie to boot. So Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!! |

Our 2nd star goes undefeated taking down an A, B and C Slammer. JonBoy has 4 birds, 2 skins and a dog and is the big bones winner. JonBoy maintains his 100% win record. As been his practise, he donates all of his winnings, 35 bones, to the Kids (Make A Wish Foundation). Such a great player, sportsman and supporter of a great cause.
