NOTABLE: Welcome to the newest member of the tour, Peter MacDonald. I tasked his playing partners with choosing a nickname. There were a number of hilarious and not so acceptable names offered up! Peter is now Scarface (say hello to my little friend)! Scarface is hooked and has ensured us that he will be out again soon!
NOTABLE: Fingz got his 100th skin on tour today! Congrats!
NOTABLE: New #1 D --- BigGuy! Congrats on your well fought matches coming from behind in the group!
NOTABLE: All six groups had a player go undefeated. Only 3 stars, so let's give a shout out to Bookie, TMC and chill for their rounds today!
THANKS to Fingz for a super job as SkinsMaster. It is always easier when EVERY group uses LIVE SCORING! That didn't happen today, but Fingz was up to the challenge with this large group! Merci, monsieur!!

REAL FANS SKINS: Six skins today all worth 18 bones a piece and all won with birdies. Winners are Newsy, Fodder, Habib (I've got your money), Fingz, Flyer and KidsClub. Nice shootin' boys!
QUICKSNAP DOGS: 3 out of 4 puppies won today (#3 at Canadian denied all --- tough hole in tough wind). Each was worth 36 bones! Sweet!! Winners today were Fodder (#7 @ 6ft), Doog (#9 @ 6ft) and TMC (#16 @ 15ft)!

Summary
We had a packed field today as 22 Slammers hit the links at Canadian. And the rest of the world was there too! A huge shout out to all of the Slammers for surviving the 6+ hour round today with limited frazzled nerves!! OK ... a little frazzeled as this crew usually sets a blistering place. But we were caught behind a full course of public slammers that have never heard of the term "pace of play". You will definitely see a theme to the Quotables section. That said, it was a great day and great competition as five TC matches were contested and there were a LOT of upsets (in the regular matches). The course was in great shape and the rough was brutal! Juice said it was worse than Stittsville (Glen Mar) in the morning which usually boasts some of the toughest rough in the city! And there were a lot of Slammers competing for spots on their respective Commish's Cup team hoping to make the top 10 in their region. It was a great day for match play! Big thanks to the Canadian for their hospitality. Hope we get more events there soon! And did you know that Club EG is hosting the Canada Day event there? Sign up ... it will be an unforgettable event. Ciao all --- chill!

Goes 3-0, moves up 134 spots on the ladder, gets 2 birdies, 1 dog and 1 skin, takes home the most bones today at 54 AND wins his TC Senior Match! Well done Fodder!!

	Hello new #1 D. Starts out the day in fourth spot in his group, moves up 108 spots in the ladder and ends up #1 in the division with a 3-0 record and a birdie to boot! Nice job BigGuy!!

	"Hey Fingz ... if you get a skin today, it will be your 100th on tour!" (said during his tee-off announcement) And yep! He got his skin, went 3-0 and advances in the Senior TC division! Sweet day today!!
