Summary
Only five Slammers showed up at Cedarhill on a last minute event in brutally hot temperature . 4 of them where walking and we can feel the toll of a 5,5 hour round. Hitting , waiting, hitting, sitting, waiting then hitting again ! The Starter let us play our round as a fivesome as long as we didn't t hold any body up. To the slammers surprise after 5 holes , the Marshall politely asked us to split to the original groupings. Wich , you have guessed slowed down the pace even more ! Sucks to be the people behind us as a 5 some we where not holding nobody back.A few holes later the groups in front of us where 3 carts and a five some also ...Go figure !!

Our first star drained his first putt and started his round with a birdie.Goes 2-0 ,defeats SteelCrazy on the 15th and shakes FingZ fingers on his last putt on 18.15 + greens in regulation. thankfully he struggled with the speed of the greens or we would of closed the matches a lot earlier. Shoots an A score and climbs up the ranking ladder to # 16 overall ! Well done , it s always a pleasure to share 18 holes with you. |

Cracker, Cracker ,Cracker ... gripped it , ripped it and cracked it past everybody else to claim the only dog of the day. Loses to Kricket but remains the #1C. You still have that big target on your back, Slammers are gunning at you. Wear your #1C cap with pride, keep your smile... and you don t have to tell your opponents what to watch for...i can tell you right now that they have to watch out for you ! |
