  • QUICKSNAP DOGGIE REPORT: Four Dogs were caught today. Happy wagging tails are on Lucky (Hole 3-156"), TMC (hole 7-88"), Pickle (hole 9-97 inches) and Chadderbox (hole 16-252"). Summary
QUARTER FINAL SATURDAY!!!! What can you say about a course that gets the call out 24 hours before asking if they can host a big shotgun around noon and The Canadian says yes. Not only were they prepared with a great Slammer Chili special, but they had marshalls ready to take our shotgun groups out to their holes. They had carts for those who needed them. The course that had seen over 5 inches of water in the last week was in amazing shape with little to no standing water on the fairways. The greens were fantastic. Kudos to Skylar and his crew who made it all happen for us after our original course had to cancel due to the extreme conditions our region has seen lately. This is why the Canadian continues to be a fantastic partner for the Slammer Tour!! The day was a bit nippy and although we had some sun at tee time, the overcast showed up but the rain did not. 42 Slammers trekked around the course battling it out to qualify for the SemiFinals next week in our Run for Number 1 and there were some great matches. Congrats to those who are going on and for those Bs and Cs who did not make it, you can still work on the WildCard week to get in. The Game
Wins himself a $100 gift card from The Keg for taking first star. He had a stellar round going 3-0 with 2 birds and he advances to the B class Semifinal in the run for number 1. Congrats on a great round
Iron Giant
had a massive round earning him a $50 gift card for Home Depot. He also went undefeated with a 3-0 record and snagged 2 birdies en route to a great score and the B class Semi Finals in the run for number 1. Way to go I.G.gy.
Shades
has been lighting it up lately. He was a star yesterday at the Canadian and today's 3rd star finish earned him a $25 gift card for The Beer Store. He was undefeated defending his top A class rank while bagging two birds and a skin. Nice!!!
